Q: What happens with a pre-order?
A: We open orders for a limited time. When pre-orders close, we place a bulk order with our supplier and start production. This helps reduce waste and guarantees your size.
Q: How long does it take?
A: Please allow 3–4 weeks from the closing date for production, plus shipping time. We’ll keep you updated by email.
Q: When do pre-orders close?
A: We’ll announce the closing date on our Instagram @northboundclothing_ and here on the site. Once it closes, that’s it for this drop.
Q: Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
A: If you need to update your size, colour or address, email us within 24 hours of ordering:
Q: I received tracking but it says the number is incorrect.
A: Tracking links can take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch. If it still looks wrong after that, email us and we’ll check it.
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Check our Size Guide on each product page. For an oversized look, consider sizing up one. If you’re between sizes, measure a favourite garment and compare.
Q: What if my order has both in-stock and pre-order items?
A: We ship the order together when the pre-order item is ready (one shipment). If you want in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
Q: What if there are delays?
A: We work hard to hit timelines, but unexpected things can happen during production and transit. If delays occur, we’ll email updates straight away.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We’re based in Northland New Zealand and ship from here :)
